Agreement To Sublease - Once the rental term is confirmed, you will receive a copy of this agreement by email, or regular mail if you prefer. Read the form carefully, sign, and mail them back to us with a check made out for the agreed price, including additional $100.00 deposit. A signed copy of this agreement will be mailed back to you once we have read it and confirmed payment. When the rental period is over, and all conditions were met, your deposit will be refunded within 30 days as stated in the sublease agreement.
We must be notified of all cancellations 2 weeks in advance to receive a full refund of agreed rental amount, less deposit. Failure to provide notice within 2 weeks will result in loss of the agreed rental payment and deposit.
**A Rental Property Inspection Checklist will be mailed to you with the Agreement To Sublease detailing exiting procedures. This will need to be filled out and signed at the end of your rental term and left in the entrance-way of the cottage prior to leaving. Keep a copy for your records. In case you forget to bring this with you, a courtesy copy will be left in the cottage prior to your arrival.
